There are different ways to cancel an appointment without coming or phoning the practice.
- Using your mobile. Reply to the confirmation SMS
- Using online form via the practice website
- Using SystmOnline Access if you have registered and have your username and password ready.
Please cancel the appointment as soon as you determine you do not need any more so somebody else can use it.
