Whitehall Surgery is committed to working with patients to improve the service we offer.
Over the last year we have talked to our patients and found that they are happy with the service we provide. Our practice opened over the summer Bank Holiday and over the Christmas period to enable patient’s easier access.
The feedback we have received from our patients has been positive regarding access for appointments.
We have installed a blood pressure machine in the waiting area for patients and new books for the children’s area.
We have recently taken on 3 new partners at the practice, Dr Nina Amedzro, Dr Mellissa Hartley and Dr Emma Owen.
We welcome any suggestions and comments from patients and plan to meet with our PRG Group every 4 months.
