Friends & Family Test

We would like to obtain your feedback about your recent experience of our service through the NHS “Friends and Family” Test. Cards are available on the reception desk. Please complete the card and place in the box provided.

 

Feedback & Suggestions

We make every effort to give the best service possible to everyone who attends our practice and we welcome any feedback or helpful suggestions you may have. Please complete a suggestion form from reception or speak to any member of staff. Alternatively feedback can be given online through the practice website www.pgNHS.net and on the feedback form, accessed via your personal website login.

 

Complaints

We know that things can go wrong sometimes, resulting in a genuine cause for complaint. If this is the case , we hope that we can sort most problems out easily and quickly, often at the time they arise and with the person concerned.

We would encourage you to speak to whoever you feel most comfortable with; your doctor, nurse, a receptionist or manager. If they are unable to resolve your concern and/or you would prefer to raise your concern in writing, please fill in a complaints form.
